Excital Your Day

  • Packet of Excell (we also add Vital)
  • 1 Pear
  • 1 Handful each of Blueberries and Raspberries
  • 2 Large Strawberries
  • Ice
  • Water

Blend until smooth.

Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

  • Packet of Vital
  • Frozen Bananas
  • Ice
  • Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
  • Spoonful of Peanut Butter (or PB2)
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Green Banana Berry

  • Packet of Vital
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1/2 cup any flavor yogurt
  • 1 handful of berries
  • 1/2 banana
  • Almond Milk or Water
  • 1 handful of Ice Cubes

  • Packet of Vital
  • Fresh Lemons or Limes
  • 1/2 tsp. Grenadine
  • Himalayan Pink Salt
  • 8 oz. Water

Rub Lemon or Lime around rim of glass and roll in salt to coat the edges. Squeeze Lemon or Lime into glass, top off to rim of salt with Solle Vital and Grenadine.

  • 13 oz. Water
  • 1 tsp. Olive Brine
  • Green Olives
  • Cocktail Onions
  • Fancy Toothpicks or Stirrer
  • Packet of CinnaMate
  • Cranberry, Mango or Pomegranate Juice
  • Lemon Wedges
  • Maraschino Cherries

Mix well and serve chilled like a Cosmo or serve hot like Wassail

  • 2 Packets of ReNue
  • 1 Handful of Strawberries
  • 2 Sprigs of Mint ( Just the leaves )
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 1 Can Coconut Milk
  • 1 Cup Cantaloupe
  • Water


  1. Blend Ingredients
  2. For Smoothie add ice and water to desired consistency
  3. For Jello; add 4 Tbsp of Plain Gelatin and blend
  • Packet of Excell
  • 4 oz. Water
  • Frozen Pineapple
  • 2 oz. Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 1 oz. Coconut Milk
  • 2 oz. Coconut Cream gel
  • Ice

Quick and Simple

Only Drink Excel cold; heat damages these herbs. Mix in a shaker with ice and 20 oz. of water, or less to taste.

  • Peach Juice
  • Packet of Excell
  • 6 oz. Water
  • 1/2 Lemon or Lime
  • Packet of CinnaMate
  • Hot Water
  • Coconut Milk or Half and Half
  • Blended Red and Green Seedless Grapes
  • Ice & 6 oz. water
  • Packet of CinnaMate
  • Grab a mug with hot water.
  • Add CinnaMate packet and shake.
  • Mix with milk or cream of your choice and enjoy


  • Packet of CinnaMate
  • 2 Scoops SolleComplete Natural
  • 8 oz. Almond Milk
  • 3 tbsp. Pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Pumpkin Spice
  • Ice
  •  Dutch Chocolate SolleComplet
  • 1 cup frozen Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp. semi sweet Chocolate chips (optional)
  • 8 oz. Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 4 oz. water (for consistency)

Blend and serve cold

  • 2 scoops Dutch Chocolate SolleComplete
  • 1 cup Vanilla yogurt or plain, sweetened with Stevia
  • 1 tbsp. of Espresso
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
  • Ice
  • 8 oz. Almond milk

Blend and serve cold.

  • 4 oz. Almond milk or Coconut milk
  • 4 oz. Water, or to desired consistency
  • 2 scoops Dutch Cocoa SolleComplete
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 scoops Dutch Chocolate SolleComplete
  • 2 tbsp. semi sweet chocolate chips
